Yes — Cash Pilot connects directly to QuickBooks Online. On Desktop or other software? Message me anyway; migration might be simpler than you think.

How long does setup take?

Typically 7–10 days from connecting your QuickBooks. You do almost nothing — that's the point of the implementation service.

What does it cost?

A one-time implementation fee plus a monthly subscription. Exact scope depends on your business, which is what the 15-minute demo determines. You'll have clear pricing before any commitment.

Is my data safe?

Cash Pilot connects through QuickBooks Online's official secure connection. Your data is never sold or shared, and you can disconnect anytime.
